Program Description: GS-IHC offers a LowRopes program aimed at improving teamwork and girls’ self esteem through adventure-based learning. From group dynamics to the 13 elements, the low ropes course encourages communication and the use of a group decision-making process. Participants will learn to work as a team and have fun at the same time. Group Dynamics is required prior to working with the elements.On your first visit some groups may spend less time on the elements due to this requirement.	IMPORTANT NOTICE: All requests for group dynamics, low ropes and high ropes must be scheduled and payment remitted a minimum of two weeks in advance of the date you would like to schedule. No requests will be accepted with a shorter lead time.	Program Description: Is your troop ready for the ultimate challenge? GS-IHC offers a High Ropes program aimed at improving girls’ self esteem through adventure-based learning. Participants will learn equipment basics, climbing safety rules, and the concepts of static and dynamic belay. The “Burma Bridge , “Kitten Crawl” , and the “Zip Line” are just three of the 7 initiatives which will challenge your girls.Allow 4 hours for this program.
