The Amahami Outdoor Center is a special place. It encompasses 450 acres, a ten acre lake, and a historic fire tower. There are fields and woods, miles of hiking trails, and a variety of facilities that include comfortable, modern heated buildings. Our buildings are designed to accommodate groups and our large dining room seats 200. Amahami’s beautiful setting ranges from all the comforts of home to rustic camping. A variety of these residential facilities are available for rent. The Amahami Outdoor Center is accredited by the American Camping Association and is inspected by the Broome County Health Department and operates under Temporary Residence and Resident Camp Permits issued by the New York State Department of Health.
